Lesson & Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation

A lesson request is confirmed when your teacher accepts it (usually within 48 hours). For single lessons, your card is only authorized when you send the request — it is charged when the request is accepted. If the request is not accepted, nothing is charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel a confirmed lesson free of charge from My Page until 24 hours before the start time. Pack credits are returned to your balance, and single-lesson payments are refunded in full.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are treated as a used lesson. Please contact us if you have exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by the teacher

If your teacher must cancel a lesson, pack credits are returned and single-lesson payments are refunded in full.

Credit expiry

Lesson packs are valid for the period shown at purchase. Unused credits cannot be refunded after they expire.

Attending lessons

Join your lesson via the link (Zoom, etc.) in your confirmation email and My Page. If you do not connect within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson may be treated as a no-show.
